We have been rocking the stages since 2018 with our keynotes and a proven track record of more than 10’000 hours of flight experience in various aircrafts and helicopters. We are a unique crew of female pilots and aviation experts with a strong business background and experience in management, consulting, coaching, communication, change and continuous improvement.
The focus of our keynotes is on the 8 core points of the #clearedtoland success principle and the mindset „I am cleared to land“.

This keynote focuses on the overview of how skills from the cockpit can be used pragmatically in a professional or private environment.

Based on the knowledge and the tools from the cockpit as well as the 8 core points of the #clearedtoland success principle, Rahel Kindermann Leuthard (founder, private pilot and former musician), in interaction with co-founder, helicopter pilot, certified coach and former competitive athlete Edith Tieber, will teach you how to transfer the content of the keynote into your professional and private life.

Possible topics include dealing with a rapidly changing work environment, as well as handling unexpected situations and stress, but also how to train your own resilience, why leadership starts with your inner self and how focusing on your own strengths can help you to empower yourself.
