    The current crisis situations often require rapid, consistent and reflected action. For many companies, it is essential to make a critical assessment of all cost drivers and processes, but also of the changed customer needs. As usual for pilots, the opportunity should also be taken for a critical assessment of the situation and for a debriefing. In this way, you can create your own “Continuous Improvement Loop” for change in small steps.

    With our workshop offer you will learn how to use immediately applicable tools from the cockpit for navigating through turbulent times. The implementation is supported and consolidated by a Boeing 777 training in the simulator.

    We also support you on personal business and burnout coaching topics in a pragmatic, unbureaucratic and goal-oriented way.

    As consultants with many years of experience in the business world and as “solution-oriented” coaches with a focus on “Resilience & Stress Management, Change & Comeback, Leadership & High Performance Coaching as well as systemic solution-oriented coaching”, the two pilots Edith Tieber and Rahel Kindermann support you in your personal development. The crew is completed by Kerstin Mumenthaler. The former airline pilot has over 6’000 flight hours on the Airbus A320 family, as well as years of management experience in safety and crisis management. Today she is a Member of the Business Continuity Institute and offers consulting services around these topics through her own brand aim4safety.
